Hello Floors is a fast-growing, family-owned flooring & remodeling company with four locations and hundreds of 5-star reviews. We move quickly, treat customers like family, and finish projects the right way—clean and on schedule.
The Role
You'll own the pipeline after a lead comes in and until a 5-star review is posted. That means: schedule leads, hand off to sales, dispatch subs with crystal-clear work orders, place daily material orders, keep the board full, collect final payments, and make sure customers are genuinely happy.
What You'll Do
- Schedule & Handoff
- Call/text new leads within minutes and book estimates.
- Hand off to sales reps for pre-estimate qualification with clean notes.
- Dispatch & Work Orders
- Create/send detailed work orders to subcontractors; confirm receipt/ETA.
- Keep the install calendar accurate; avoid overlaps and last-minute surprises.
- Materials & Logistics
- Place all material orders every morning; confirm written ETAs & tracking.
- Prevent stock-out delays; coordinate warehouse/jobsite deliveries.
- Payments & Reviews
- Call day-of-completion to confirm satisfaction and collect final balances.
- Trigger and follow up on Google 5-star reviews.
- Communication & Care
- Be the friendly, reliable voice for clients, reps, and crews; log everything in the CRM.
