The UPS Store is an individually owned and locally operated small business. We do not have UPS driver/hub positions and have nothing to do with the delivery of packages.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service / Center Associate to join our growing team and build a career for themselves in our company We're looking for Full Time employees

Customer Service / Center Associate Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of counter sales, retail, customer service or a related industry
  • Prior experience at a UPS Store OR print environment like OfficeMax or Staples strongly preferred
  • Open Availability M-F from 8am-6:30pm & Sat/Sun from 9am-5pm
  • Ability to transition between fast and slow paced environments as our pace fluctuates & multitask
  • Computer skills are required
  • Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator background is a huge plus, but not required
  • Notary is a huge plus, but not required

Customer Service / Center Associate Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers into the store
  • Staying knowledgeable about our range of products & services
  • Explaining to customers the best products for their needs
  • Recommending related products to increase customers' options and enrich the shopping experience
  • Explaining the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and how to use them to achieve the best results
  • Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.50 per hour

  • We are a retail storefront for UPS and are required to be open 7 days a week. Do you have he availability to work any of the 7 days in a week? *Note- we do not schedule you 7 days a week. We require the availability though.
  • Are you available to work any hours between 8AM and 6:30PM any day of the week?
  • We do a lot of printing at our stores. Do you have any experience with any of the Adobe Creative Suites? If so, which ones?
  • This is a multi location position that requires the candidate to work between Kenmore, Shoreline and Edmonds. Do you have the ability to commute between Kenmore, Shoreline and Edmonds?
