We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic, personable, and passionate individuals to represent our brand in retail locations across the country.

Position Overview:

As a Retail Brand Ambassador at TruHeart Consulting Inc., you will be the face of our company in retail environments. You will be responsible for promoting and demonstrating our innovative energy products, educating consumers about their benefits, and driving sales. You will represent the TruHeart brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating lasting impressions on customers while helping us achieve sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations of our electricity and energy products, highlighting their benefits and features to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and helping them make informed decisions about energy solutions.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the TruHeart brand with integrity and enthusiasm, ensuring customers have a positive and memorable experience.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
  • Market Feedback: Gather customer insights and feedback, sharing valuable information with the team to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the retail staff and management to ensure seamless operations and positive customer interactions.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to maintain product expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or brand ambassador roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and informative manner.
  • A passion for sustainability and energy products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customer interactions.
  • Enthusiastic and professional demeanor with a strong commitment to brand representation.
  • Basic understanding of energy solutions is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).

Job Type: Full-time
