Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence across various platforms. You will engage with our audience, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and industry news to inform content strategy.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
  • Conduct research on current canine trends in social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analyze performance metrics using web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and discussions to foster community relations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Must currently be a dog parent.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and e-commerce strategies is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in video editing and graphic design; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • A passion for pet health and wellness.
