Are you a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for managing operations and ensuring safety? We're hiring an Account Manager to oversee security services at shelters across the Tri State Area
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing security operations, maintaining compliance, and fostering client relationships. You will oversee day-to-day security staff performance and ensure that all protocols are met to provide a safe and secure environment for residents and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security teams across multiple locations.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with management, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and retain top-tier security personnel.
- Prepare and manage schedules, ensuring coverage across all shifts.
- Respond to and resolve on-site emergencies or incidents effectively.
- Track and report on operational metrics to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security management, account management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with NYC shelter systems is a plus.
- Ability to travel to various locations as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70, $85,000.00 per year
