Role Description:

PUBLSH is growing quickly and looking for a Project
Coordinator
to keep all of our projects organized and on track. The ideal candidate has worked in the games industry, loves to play video-games, and has a good pulse on what's happening in the industry.

Qualifications:
This individual's day consists of juggling multiple tasks at once, all the while maintaining an organized and positive attitude.

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant gaming and/or advertising experience.
  • Candidates must be detail oriented, prepared to roll up their sleeves, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must be able to multitask.
  • Candidates must be knowledgable in the gaming space, have video game industry experience, or have a passion for playing video games.
  • Candidates must be computer literate, proficient with basic Office applications, Google, Microsoft Office, Slack, Airtable.
  • Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation and writing skills (both long-form and PowerPoint).
  • Candidates must be a self-starter, self-motivated, eager to jump in and make a difference with a dynamic organization.
  • Candidates must have strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to contribute on multiple projects at once.
  • Candidates must be detail oriented, resourceful and have the ability to follow directions.
  • Candidates must be willing to work extended hours if necessary in order to meet deadlines.
  • Candidates must be self-motivated, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key client contacts and multiple agencies/vendors on a daily basis.
  • Keep specific tasks delivered on time and within budget.
  • Schedule meetings, take clear and concise notes, provide follow-ups and help coordinate status updates.
  • Work with internal and external teams to develop strong strategic insights and proactive solutions.
  • Work with internal and external teams to manage workflow, analytics, project tracking, timelines, budgeting; noting fiscally responsible for all allocated initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate deliverables with internal and external partners.
  • Prepare proposals and proofread documents.
  • Conduct and compile project research when needed.
  • Answer phones, emails and run errands as needed. Must be willing to work independently, take on responsibility and be accountable for it.
  • Manage client expectations with the ability to recognize critical issues and resolve them strategically and diplomatically.
  • Partner with other departments/vendors to provide ongoing added value to our clients through strategic recommendations, POV's and proposals.
  • Coordinate projects from start to finish; specifically project timing and expectations for all deliverables and conduct quality assurance.
  • Ensure all deliverables (internal, client and partners) are accurate, on time and routed through the appropriate departments for approvals.
  • Coordinate meetings (internally and externally) as well as attend meetings.
  • Write follow-up emails, meeting reports (within 24 hours) and maintain daily/weekly status reports (Agency and Client).
  • Adhere to internal and external processes.
