Why We Need You

An Account Coordinator is an entry level position in Account Management that will be working on a team to facilitate asset qc for our studio customers. In this role you will be responsible for, and learning, the management of production and delivery of assets for major content providers.

The responsibilities within EIKON involve managing the digital mastering and foreign language versioning of feature/episodic content for digital cinema and streaming platforms across multiple EIKON clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that expectations of quality, efficiency and delivery are always met
  • Coordinate receipt and delivery of localized assets to streaming platforms
  • Manage projects internally and externally
  • Scheduling time and technology in various internal departments to deliver projects
  • Manage troubleshooting and oversee resolutions
  • Creation and tracking of production reports
  • Knowledge of production workflows and operational systems

Minimum Qualifications

Valid right to work in the US

Working Hours and Location

The role will be based in EIKON (2777 N Ontario St Suite 180, Burbank).

Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm.

However, the candidate should be willing to work outside of these hours based on business requirements.
