Apex Wildlife Control is currently seeking an administrative professional for our small but growing Bartlett TN office. Our practice is well-known for consistently being honest, caring, responsible, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of wildlife removal and relocation in this area. We are seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team. This individual will need to have a strong commitment to quality and customer service. Job duties will include: answering the phone and providing information to our customers, scheduling, data entry, processing payments, converting customers files from paper to digital format, answering multi-line phone system, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MAC OS and office equipment. Previous experience not necessary, but is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies
- Maintain contact lists
- Act as the point of contact for our customers
- Various data entry tasks
Skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Able to work independently
Candidate must be ready to work We are interviewing immediately. We are a small but growing office dedicated to providing excellent service for our customers. Must have excellent phone personality and clear voice. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
