What You'll Be Doing:

  • Sales First You'll be chatting with potential clients over the phone, learning about their cleaning needs, and helping them book the best service.
  • Scheduling Magic: You'll coordinate appointments and assign cleaning technicians to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Building Relationships: Clients aren't just numbers to us. You'll provide top-notch customer service, check in on satisfaction, and help build lasting connections.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Sometimes things don't go as planned. You'll think on your feet and make sure both clients and techs are taken care of.

What We Offer:

Salary: $18-21/hour (depending on experience) with room for growth.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional early starts.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales and customer service—you know how to listen, build trust, and close the deal.

Strong phone sales skills with the ability to guide clients toward the right service package.

Experience with scheduling service-based teams (like cleaners, landscapers, or technicians).

Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing multiple client interactions.

Familiarity with CRM software, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.

Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.

Availability: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
