Kalamazoo, Michigan, United States EPS Security Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

EPS is currently looking for a highly driven and motivated individual to join our Kalamazoo office as a Sales Representative. This person will be responsible for the sales of commercial security systems.

Duties included but not limited to:

  • Run/Close company provided appointments at an effective rate.
  • Self-generate your own business through networking; cold calling, referral partners, and customer follow through.
  • Analyze security needs for potential customers.
  • Generate recommendation of equipment and estimate of cost in a written proposal.
  • Assist in coordinating installation of system to customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate systems for customer by showing functions and proper operating procedures.
  • Attend sales meetings, vendor shows, professional associations, and training seminars to increase knowledge.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • O ne (1) to two (2) years of experience in Sales/Marketing position.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong time-management, organizational skills and prioritizing abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to pass criminal background, driving record and drug screen.
