What You Will Do

  • Serve as a key financial systems manager responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the company's integrated financial technology ecosystem.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen the performance and scalability of Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader financial systems strategy.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting leadership to design, configure, and improve planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities that drive business insight and efficiency.
  • Support and streamline processes within Workday Financials, ensuring consistency and accuracy across general ledger, planning, and reporting functions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, improve data integrity, and deliver solutions that support strategic financial planning and operational excellence
  • Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to team and super users, fostering knowledge transfer and system adoption across the organization.
  • Work closely with the financial systems lead to ensure seamless transition of responsibilities and ongoing improvement of systems and tools.

How You Are Qualified

  • Experienced financial systems professional with a strong background in managing and optimizing enterprise planning and reporting systems.
  • ???????Proven expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials, with experience integrating or enhancing these platforms in complex environments.
  • Familiarity with comparable tools such as Hyperion, Anaplan, or other financial planning systems is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Demonstrated success implementing process improvements, driving automation, and enhancing user experience within financial systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field required.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and support both technical and business stakeholders.
