THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience within a service-based or B2B environment
- Prior private-equity exposure and strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance-analysis skills
- Experience supporting M&A diligence and post-integration initiatives in growth-oriented organizations
- Proven leadership capability with a track record of mentoring teams and driving operational efficiency through data-driven insight
- High integrity, strong communication skills, and an analytical yet practical approach to problem-solving
