This team is building the first continuously self-improving knowledge engine for software organizations, one that learns directly from the codebase and operational activity. Their product is already deployed across tens of thousands of repositories and used monthly by a massive developer audience.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement backend services powering a real-time knowledge platform for engineers
  • Build and maintain data processing pipelines and new service architectures
  • Work directly with LLM-driven intelligence to create highly leveraged product capabilities
  • Own services in production — performance, reliability, monitoring, deployment
  • Collaborate with product and research teams to ship features end-to-end
  • Help shape engineering standards as the company scales

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of engineering experience in backend or platform roles
  • Have designed, built, and supported production services
  • Strong experience with Python, Go, or TypeScript
  • SQL fluency and a solid understanding of data modeling
  • Cloud familiarity: GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Thrive in ambiguity, move with ownership, and communicate with clarity
  • Motivated by deep technical problems and continuous learning

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $140, $200,000.00 per year
