Mortgage Intake Specialist: Gateway to Loan Officer Success& Big Commissions

What You'll Do:

  • Answer Calls Expertly: Greet refinancing inquiries with our script, build trust, and gather current mortgage details to qualify leads for money-saving quotes.
  • Team Up with LOs: Support Loan Officers by preparing e-doc disclosure packets after quotes, ensuring seamless, compliant paths to lower rates and savings.
  • Drive Efficiency: Maintain records, follow up on docs, and shadow LOs to master refinancing strategies and origination skills.

  • Strong verbal/written communication and customer focus.
  • Basic tech skills (CRM, DocuSign, MS Office preferred).
  • Eager learner with no experience needed—we train you
