We're looking for a high-performing HR professional to support our frontline employees and leaders across the entire Keystone Region in Residential and Comcast Business—the heart of our customer experience. While this role does not have direct reports, it offers a unique opportunity to influence, coach, and partner with employees and leaders across the business. What you'll do: Serve as a strategic HR partner to frontline teams, helping drive performance, engagement, and a positive employee experience. Leverage your emotional intelligence (EQ) and critical thinking to navigate complex employee relations and organizational dynamics. Collaborate cross-functionally to support recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and more. Use your influence and relationship-building skills to guide teams through change, growth, and transformation. Stay ahead of the curve by understanding and applying AI tools and emerging HR technologies to improve processes and decision-making. Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Counsels, orientates and trains managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies. Administers Human Resources policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.
- Oversees, handles and manages employee relations issues. Assists with employee counseling, discipline and grievance handling.
- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.
- Manages direct reports. Ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees.
- Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.
- Administers compensation programs and assists in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
