POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Support Representative supports our Account Management and New Business Development representatives. This customer-centric role requires high accuracy, attention to detail, impeccable verbal and written skills, the ability to resolve customer issues creatively, and the ability to learn/adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurate order entry and fulfillment
  • Quote potential customers via phone and email
  • Effective customer follow-ups and closing deals
  • Handle issues with in-progress orders creatively and efficiently by coordinating with internal departments
  • Daily communication with the Account Manager regarding accounts at risk or new trends/opportunities
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts and during the Account Manager's absence
  • Deliver industry-leading service and resolve issues completely in every interaction
  • Achieve and exceed set key KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of key-use programs including:
  • Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce (preferred)
  • Adobe InDesign (experience a plus)
  • SAGE (experience a plus)
