We're looking for a motivated Fabrication Sales Representative to grow our fabrication business by building strong relationships and uncovering new opportunities. This remote role offers the flexibility of a home office with frequent travel to meet clients, attend industry events and visit job sites.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Sales Division Manager, your role will include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, and OEM clients
- Prospect new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams on estimating, project execution, and contract management
- Attend trade shows and customer meetings throughout the region
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and stay ahead of industry trends
Qualifications:
What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (HVAC, fabrication, or production industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes (preferred, but not required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- High school diploma or GED required
Work Environment & Travel
- Remote position with reliable internet and a professional home office setup
- Frequent travel (50%-70%) across Wisconsin and neighboring states (MN, IL, IA, MI)
- Occasional overnight travel required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed
