APEX Concrete Coatings is urgently looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our growing team. Our production schedule is full and expanding, and we're eager to bring on skilled team members to help us meet demand.

Hourly pay of $20 - $26, commensurate with experience

At APEX, we're passionate about transforming concrete floors using the best products on the market and building lasting, trusted relationships with our clients. We're looking for individuals who share our values: a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate large orbital grinders and 7" hand grinders with skill and safety
  • Apply basecoats and topcoats with precision and minimal mess
  • Accurately measure quantities of materials (quarts, gallons, etc.)
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout each job
  • Be a supportive team player, contributing to an efficient and positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Construction experience preferred (will train the right candidates)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Punctual, honest, dependable, and hardworking
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable with power tools and machinery
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision
  • Team-first mentality with a positive attitude
  • Trade skills experience is a plus

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends based on project needs)
