Program Manager – Site Lead
This position will be supporting and responsible for the direct management of facilities operations and personnel oversight to design and construction remediation and builds. Ensure all contract deliverables with third party service providers are met or exceeded including operational up time, cost savings initiatives, service improvements and introduction of best practices and innovations.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Program Manager – Site Lead Responsibilities Include:
- Executes and refines program initiatives to meet organizational goals.
- Develops and refines the scope of the program in response to evolving organizational and community context.
- Supports program initiatives with other key data.
- Face and voice to the media, immediate community, community leaders at all government levels.
- Plans the program from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes.
- Develops, manage, track and report operational budget for the program.
- Meets with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
- Devises evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.
- Supervises project /site managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.
- Discovers ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people.
- Applies change, risk and resource management principles when needed.
- Ensures program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Keeps senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
- Hires, trains and is a motivating mentor to staff.
- Creates and nurtures effective communication within the organization.
- Builds strong team through open communication and by collaborating on decision-making responsibilities.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Eight (8) years' experience in engineering design, architectural design, and/or project management for public and/or federal projects. Strong supervisory and leadership skills are required to manage a staff.
- a bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture. Licensure as an Engineer or Architect is encouraged.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
- Excellent communication and time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems and drive results. Moves quickly, is adaptable and thrives in ambiguity.
- Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely at a level appropriate to the target audience.
- Bilingual preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer Registration (PE), or American Institute of Architects (AIA) certification professional, and using qualified contracting professionals with Level II APDP/DAWIA
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
- Ability to pass a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
