Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Site Manager 4 to join their team. As a Site Manager 4, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting operations across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Supervise and direct the plant operations team to ensure efficient maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in managing facilities/plant operations, including quality assurance activities and financial performance reporting.
  • Ensure all building systems and equipment are maintained in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Oversee vendor performance and support delivery of maintenance, projects, and vendor activities supporting critical operations.
  • Create a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures for staff and contractors.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.
  • Proven managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems.
