Position Overview

As a Stock Associate, you will play a key part in maintaining product flow and ensuring the store is always prepared for customers. You'll work behind the scenes and on the sales floor, supporting inventory management, organization, and store presentation. Full training is provided, making this an excellent starting point for those entering retail or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments
  • Replenish shelves and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Keep backroom and storage areas clean, orderly, and safe
  • Assist with inventory counts and product tracking
  • Support the sales floor team by ensuring products are easy to find and well-presented
  • Respond to team requests and help maintain smooth daily operations

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable in an active role that involves lifting, moving, and organizing merchandise
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Eager to learn and ready to take on a new challenge in 2026
  • No previous stock or retail experience required; training will be provided
