We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist / Team Member to join our incredible team

What you'll do:

  • Greet and welcome clients
  • Communicate with clients in person, over the phone and through email to schedule appointments and recommend product and services
  • Answer client inquiries
  • Work with clients and service providers to reschedule appointments promptly
  • Ensure client consent forms are completed
  • Process payments and rebook services
  • Ensure the studio is clean and organized
  • Ensure health & safety protocols are followed
  • Deliver professional, exceptional service
  • Support e-commerce team by packing and shipping out orders

  • You are available to work an 8-hour day, 5 days a week, including the weekend

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail environment (experience in beauty, skincare or hospitality an asset)
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with scheduling software and POS systems is an asset
  • Fluent in English
