About the Role

The Warehouse Clerk supports daily warehouse operations by performing essential tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping materials or products. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates beginning a career in logistics or supply chain operations. The role works under the direction of senior warehouse personnel or a Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth and accurate inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive incoming shipments and verify against packing slips and purchase orders

· Accurately pick, pack, and label products for outbound shipments

· Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts

· Assist in staging, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse

· Update inventory systems with received and shipped items

· Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions

· Operate pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment

· Report discrepancies or damages to Logistics Coordinator

· Follow all safety and compliance protocols in accordance with company and OSHA standards

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required

· 0–2 years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), Word (document creation and formatting), PowerPoint (presentations), Outlook (email and calendar management), and Teams (collaboration and communication).

· Strong digital literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.

· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods

· Forklift certification (preferred, not required)

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive for document management and team collaboration.

· Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

· Ability to navigate ERP platforms for tasks such as inventory management, order processing, financial reporting, and data entry.
