Nuvia Water Technologies is now hiring highly motivated candidates who are eager to work and become a part of an expanding organization. We install and service residential water treatment applications such as conditioners, softeners and reverse osmosis systems.

This is an on the road position where you will be driving a company vehicle to your scheduled appointments. A clean driving record is required.

Job Duties:

  • Perform equipment diagnostics, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install water softener and drinking water purification systems in customers homes using appropriate materials, procedures, etc.
  • Advise customers of needed repairs or upgrades.
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the job and able to work under different weather conditions.
  • Follow established safety procedures and follow all written and verbal procedures and policies to ensure the safest and highest quality work.
  • Accurately complete service orders in company CRM system to keep records of work assignments.

Although the ideal candidate will have experience installing these type of systems, we are willing to train the right individual

Skills and Attributes:

  • Working weekends and possibly evenings as needed. This is not a Monday Through Friday position.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to use basic hand tools
  • Time management skills to meet scheduled appointment times
  • Timely completion of assigned services/installations in an efficient manner following Nuvia standards and all applicable regulations/code.
  • Professional effective communication skills.
  • Must be reliable, responsible and act with integrity.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of basic plumbing experience including soldering copper pipe and working with PVC and PEX required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • 2 years of experience working with hand, power, and other tools preferred
  • 1 year of construction experience preferred
  • A valid drivers license with no major infractions on the driving record.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear. The employee must repeatedly and safely lift up to 50 lbs. The employee is required to push and or pull up to 100 lbs
