LS Orthodontics is a brand-new, woman-owned and operated, boutique orthodontic practice located in Magnolia, Seattle. We specialize in creating confident smiles through custom-tailored braces and clear aligners for kids, teens, and adults.
Founded by Dr. Laura Shim, LS Orthodontics is built on the belief that every patient deserves care that's consistent, compassionate, and uniquely tailored to them. Position Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who is friendly, tech-savvy, and eager to learn the ins and outs of orthodontic care. You'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every patient and family. We'll provide full training in all core areas for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Interact with patients and build positive, lasting relationships
- Answer phones, emails, and texts with professionalism
- Manage patient intake forms, insurance verification, and documentation
- Coordinate patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
- Present financial and insurance information
- Support the clinical team as needed
- Support the growth of the practice and perform various tasks as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and friendly office environment
We're Looking For A Candidate That Is
- Positive, energetic, professional, and a customer service rockstar
- An all-around kind person, displays integrity, and has compassion
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools and software
- Dependable and consistently available for scheduled hours. Part-time candidates must be available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays.
- Has a team-player attitude: flexible, adaptive, and eager to learn in a start-up environment
- Able to multitask and follow through on responsibilities
- Excellent with communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-ups
- Open to learning and being cross-trained in different duties
- Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or dental/medical sterilization technician experience is a plus (but not required)
