What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Crew Accommodations Agent within our TA Connections division. This position falls under our lodging line of business and is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient handling of inbound inquiries, to source hotel and transportation needs of our airline clients. The Crew Accommodations Agent will support with a variety of queries in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each task assigned to by the supervisors. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.


How We Work

As a Crew Accommodations Agent, you will be expected to work onsite/in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Booking hotel accommodations for flight attendants, pilot crews, ad-hoc crews and other non-crew airline employees.Handling emergency relocations of crews that occur last minute with the Supervisor on shiftWorking closely and in sync with client's Crew Scheduling and other relevant groups to satisfy all operational requirements and resolving situations that may affect crew members.Communicating with internal departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.Monitoring and confirming access to tools, systems and defined resources needed to perform the job duties as per Standard Operations Procedures, and report issues to shift supervisors.Effectively utilizing all tools and technology to process, track and report transactionsAccurately registering in TA Connections System and applications all reservations information, agreements, approvals, and background information relevant for future research and troubleshootingSourcing for suitable and compliant hotel markets and cities where our airline clients don't have contracted hotels or when contracted hotels are Sold Out.In case of only having non-compliant options, ensuring the process to obtain approvals is followed recorded in the system as evidence.Making payments to hotel and transportation vendors as per system settings. (hotel's contractual payment terms)Maintaining an environment of positive, open and respectful communication, and professional behavior with a "CAN DO" attitude. Reporting any incidents in a formal and professional way to your TA Connections supervisor on shift and/or to TA Connections HR partner.Maintaining impeccable attendance, punctuality, breaks, and adherence to Companies' policies and Employee's HandbookSupporting Account Management Team, IT, Billing and Commission Collections departments with data gathering activities, research, and issue troubleshooting.Working on special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills 

Must be willing to work onsite, in the officeExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenStrong PC skills with a typing speed of at least 30 wpm and strong Internet navigation skillsDemonstrate the ability to learn and navigate multiple PC and web based applicationsProven ability to provide excellent customer serviceAbility to work in an environment with client driven volumes and activitiesAbility to work in a high volume, high pressure, deadline-oriented environmentAbility to work independently and as a contributing team memberExcellent telephone voice in terms of tone, clarity, pronunciation, and proper use of grammarStrong listening, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills2 years of crew scheduling, hotel, and/or customer service experience is preferred

Pay Transparency

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets.  At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  An estimate salary range is $17 - $21.
