As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support our client's mission of accessible, sustainable hydration by delivering professional service. The Customer Service Representative handles inquiries about water delivery plans, verifies service availability, and recommends appropriate dispensers or refill solutions—ensuring every customer receives consistent, brand‑aligned support.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- Deliver frontline retail support by addressing customer inquiries on our client dispensers, bottled water, delivery services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer issues by guiding customers through delivery setup, product exchanges and service adjustments.
- Advise on hydration solutions by matching household needs with our client's delivery services, dispenser models, and refill programs.
- Manage service requests, including enrollments, upgrades, and account changes, while maintaining accurate data records and compliance standards.
- Clarify billing and payment concerns by applying credits, explaining promotions, and ensuring customers understand service agreements.
- Partner with supervisors and retail teams to escalate complex service challenges, ensuring smooth resolutions and consistent care.
Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in customer support, retail support, or sales within consumer goods, subscription services, or hydration products.
- Communication and problem‑solving skills to explain our client delivery services
- Ability to stay organized, proactive, and adaptable while meeting satisfaction and retention goals in fast‑paced retail settings.
- Commitment to compliance with our client's standards while delivering accurate guidance and reliable customer support.
Pay: $ $1,200.00 per week
