Delivery Dispatch & Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Little Rock, AR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Delivery Dispatch and Inventory Control Specialist to support our Little Rock warehouse operations. This role is essential to keeping daily deliveries running smoothly and maintaining accurate inventory for time-sensitive shipments.

You will work closely with a long-tenured warehouse team member and be cross-trained to ensure full coverage of warehouse and dispatch operations when needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and being a key part of a logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily delivery dispatch activities, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
  • Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients via phone and email
  • Use GPS and routing tools to support efficient delivery planning and tracking
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including accurate inventory data entry
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper documentation
  • Track shipment status and update internal records as deliveries progress
  • Assist with basic fleet coordination such as vehicle assignment and readiness
  • Maintain organized records of dispatch activity, inventory movements, and deliveries
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with computers, data entry, and logistics software
  • Clear and professional communication skills, including phone etiquette
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn dispatching, inventory systems, and routing tools
  • Prior logistics, warehouse, or dispatch experience is helpful but not required
  • Training will be provided by an experienced team member

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
