Job Description

The Surgical Scheduling & Registration Representative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the surgical scheduling process and schedules procedures appropriately and updates system; cancellations, addon management, time/date changes. This role is also responsible for pre-registering patients, when necessary; collates and submits information to necessary personnel. In addition, this role collaborates with the management team to help develop and adjust work schedules to established unit protocols and/or productivity standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 2 year / Associate's Degree (Preferred)
  • Strong Verbal Communications Skills, Strong Written Communications Skills, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Basic Computer Skills, Excellent Organizational Skills, Strong Customer Services Skills, Proven Analytical Skills
