Manager of Regional Operations – Ohio/MichiganFull-Time | Hybrid Regional Role | Greenbrook TMS
Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is looking for a Manager of Regional Operations to lead our 11 clinics across Ohio and Michigan — someone who can combine business acumen, operational excellence, and people leadership to drive results and elevate patient care.
What You'll DoAs the regional operational leader, you'll be the key link between our corporate strategy and day-to-day clinic success. You'll oversee all operations within your territory, ensuring our teams meet both clinical and financial goals while fostering an environment of growth, compliance, and compassion.
You will:
- Lead daily operations across all regional clinics, ensuring efficiency, quality, and outstanding patient outcomes.
- Develop and execute regional strategic plans aligned with company goals and growth initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting and financial performance, with a focus on optimizing resources, reducing costs, and increasing revenue.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implement process improvements, and ensure accountability across teams.
- Partner with executive leadership on regional reporting, performance analysis, and quality improvement projects.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team to support career growth and promote a positive, high-performing culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, and Clinical Operations to build strong community relationships and expand patient access.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, corporate, and healthcare standards — including OSHA, HIPAA, and Greenbrook policies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously enhance patient care and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical or multi-site healthcare operations (mental health experience preferred).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, improve performance, and lead teams to achieve measurable results.
- Advanced organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with EHR systems (AdvancedMD preferred) and Salesforce a plus.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Ohio and Michigan to support clinics.

Compensation and Benefits Statement: We offer a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary around $96,000 (adjusted based on experience and qualifications) along with a comprehensive benefits program. Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company's employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
