Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Bloomfield Hills, MI, for a Regional Manager specializing in MH Property Management. The Regional Manager will oversee the successful operation of multiple manufactured housing communities, ensuring financial performance, property maintenance, and resident satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing and training property staff, implementing strategic business plans, monitoring budgets, enforcing policies, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The role also involves engagement with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and address community needs effectively.
