This is a highly visible, client-facing role on a collaborative team of five, where you will support relationships with both institutional investors and private wealth clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted resource for private wealth advisors and institutional clients, providing timely information and insights on the firm's investment strategies and product offerings.
  • Prepare and update marketing and investor materials across a range of asset classes, with a strong focus on alternative investments.
  • Respond to inbound client inquiries, delivering portfolio updates, performance information, and product details in a clear and professional manner.
  • Partner with the investment and operations teams to support new client onboarding, product launches, capital calls, and other investor-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all communications, materials, and reporting adhere to regulatory standards and firm policies.
  • Contribute to special projects related to investor reporting, product development, and platform enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of
    4+ years of experience
in private wealth management, investor relations, or client support, ideally within an alternative asset management or investment firm.
  • Experience working across multiple asset classes, with direct exposure to alternative investments strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with sophisticated investors and internal stakeholders
