EBS AGENCY is seeking an experienced solution-seller to join our team in a Business Development role. We're looking for a hunter salesperson who's coachable and has a passion for serving small businesses. Our services include web design, content marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising. Our clients range from logistics companies to stone fabricators to insurance agencies.

First year target compensation is between $45,000-70,000, and second year is $65,000-110,000. Must be able to work full-time out of the Elk Grove Village.

Compensation:

  • Base Pay: $30/hour
  • Commission: 10% per closed deal )
  • Growth potential: Bonuses & higher commission structure after 90 days

Job Functions:

  • Prospecting and setting appointments via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn.
  • Conduct cold calls to small and mid-sized businesses
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through research and outreach
  • Work with inbound leads from our marketing campaigns
  • Analyze each business's needs and recommend tailored marketing strategies
  • Present and pitch agency services with professionalism and clarity
  • Follow up consistently and close deals with confidence
  • Provide consultative selling with owners to learn about their marketing and make recommendations
  • Build strategies to identify clients in the local market through different tools (database, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
  • Network locally via chamber of commerce, leads groups, etc
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and leads, as well as be expected to generate new accounts.
  • Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions/escalations and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of the sale from prospecting to close
  • Keep client information and sales leads up to date in CRM
  • Generate your own lead flow by making sales presentations, attending local events, networking, and building relationships with referral partners

What You Need

  • 2+ year of experience in sales
  • Ability to sell and present at the C-level
  • Daily prospecting habits and a great attitude
  • Bring a coachable mindset and a passion to serve small businesses
  • Interest in digital marketing and new industries

Compensation

Base salary + 10% Commission + performance bonuses
