Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to oversee and manage our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful construction projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- 30-hour OSHA certification.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community
Benefits:
