  • Current pursuit of an accounting, finance, or business administration degree OR equivalent related work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Professional verbal and written communication, customer service, and phone speaking skills
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Ability to physically perform all required duties, including sitting and standing for prolonged periods

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE REPRESENTATIVE
In this full-time position with our finance team, you'll process invoices, match them to purchase orders, and ensure all payments are accurate and timely. You'll reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and interact with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. Whether verifying coding and approvals or building relationships with suppliers, your contributions will keep our operations moving seamlessly and efficiently.
