We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Chiropractic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of chiropractic office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes
  • Schedule appointments, manage the office calendar, and coordinate patient flow to optimize provider schedules.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services, policies, and procedures.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage, process payments, and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPPA regulations.
  • Assist with intake forms, updating patient information, and managing electronic health records (EHR).
  • Handle general office tasks, such as filing and scanning.
  • Promote a positive and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient centered approach.
  • Proficiency in office software and Microsoft Office with experience in EHR or practice management systems.
  • Knowledge of medical billing, insurance verification and basic accounting preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with chiropractic care or holistic health practices is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position, with hours typically Monday, Wednesday and Friday all day, Tuesday 1/2 day, and off on Thursday and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
