Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant

We are a busy, chiropractic office in Elk River, MN that is looking to hire a part-time front desk receptionist/chiropractic assistant to join our growing team. We are providers for all the major health insurance companies in Minnesota and in addition have cash-based wellness program to meet all our patient's needs. We are seeking a front desk/chiropractic assistant wishing to join our passionate team of healthcare providers and staff. We are dedicated to making a positive impact in our community through providing excellent chiropractic healthcare services.

Applicant must possess competent and friendly telephone and customer service skills along with being able to work directly with patients for therapies, insurance questions, billing, and scheduling. Understanding of insurance and being able to multi-task is critical. Flexibility is essential and must be willing to be a team player. Employee reliability and a positive attitude is also a must.

Some of the Front Desk CA duties include:

● Greeting and scheduling patient's appointments. Collecting payments and verifying patient benefits, scanning documents, data entry

● Manage the clinic billing software program

● Provide therapies to patients (training will be provided)

● Internal and external Chiropractic Marketing (limited)

● Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner

● Communicate with insurance companies

● Manage all front desk duties mentioned above with professionalism and care

Chiropractic Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

● Previous experience with Chiropractic billing software – preferred but not required

● Strong computer and customer service skills

● Positive attitude, able to be a team player

● Receptionist experience, preferably in health care is ideal

Job Type: Part-time, Apx 32 hours per week, every other Saturday morning for 4 hours.
