About The Position
The
Process Optimization Specialist – Global Business Excellence
is responsible for driving process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Fusion capabilities, and enabling enterprise-wide adoption of optimized processes. This role will focus on aligning business processes with technology, documenting standards, and leading communication and training efforts to ensure sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Identify business process improvements needed to work in conjunction with Oracle capabilities.
  • Document business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify Oracle enhancement opportunities for process efficiencies.

DELIVERABLES
Process Improvements And Enhancements

  • Evaluate and enhance existing business processes and integration of those business processes with Oracle platform to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of Helix and Business resources to design and implement process optimization initiatives.

To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with Oracle implementation experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
  • Proactive problem solving, demonstrating a proactive approach by effectively understanding various scenarios, asking insightful questions, and developing appropriate resolutions.
  • Strong experience with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven technical leadership in process optimization and enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze business inefficiencies.
  • Proficiency in tools like value stream mapping, process flow diagrams, and other lean tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
