Are you a passionate Massage Therapist looking to practice in a warm, holistic setting? Whole Health Center is a family-friendly wellness clinic dedicated to helping our clients achieve holistic health and well-being. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist with at least 3 years of professional experience who can bring exceptional bodywork skills, a passion for healing, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Therapeutic Bodywork: Deliver a range of massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, etc.) and holistic treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Client Assessment & Care: Evaluate clients' health concerns, recommend appropriate treatments, and maintain thorough client records.
- Professionalism & Hygiene: Adhere to all licensure requirements, maintain a sanitized and well-organized treatment space, and follow infection-control protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with chiropractors, other LMTs, and staff to provide a seamless wellness experience. Communicate effectively regarding scheduling, client notes, and shared resources.
- Room & Space Management: Share a treatment room with another LMT, ensuring scheduling flexibility and efficient room turnover. Keep the room and common areas neat, clean, and welcoming for each client.
- Continued Learning: Stay current with emerging massage techniques and wellness trends, and participate in staff meetings or workshops to further develop skills.
Requirements
- Modalities & Techniques: Proficient in multiple massage modalities; additional certifications (e.g., hot stone, cupping, craniosacral) are a plus.
- Professional Demeanor: Strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, and a calm, compassionate approach to client care.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively, share space, and adapt to scheduling needs.
- Commitment to Hygiene & Safety: Adherence to health and safety regulations, including sanitizing tools, linens, and treatment areas.
- Oregon State License & Good Standing: Must be fully licensed in Oregon and in compliance with the state board, and three years of experience.
- SOAP Note Experience: Proficient in charting and maintaining detailed patient records.
- Scheduling Flexibility: Willing to cover vacations and sick days for fellow team members when needed.
