Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Senior RPA Developer / Architect
with a strong background in automation design, development, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
UiPath
,
Automation Anywhere
, or
Blue Prism
, along with deep understanding of process optimization and enterprise automation best practices. This is an
onsite W2 position
requiring leadership in automation delivery and technical mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable RPA solutions for complex business processes.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and define technical solutions.
  • Lead RPA projects end-to-end, from requirement analysis to production deployment and support.
  • Develop reusable automation components and frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Integrate bots with web services, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing RPA processes.
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior RPA developers.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best practice sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years
    of overall IT experience, with
    5+ years in RPA development
    .
  • Expertise in
    UiPath
    ,
    Automation Anywhere
    , or
    Blue Prism
    (UiPath preferred).
  • Strong programming experience in
    Python
    ,
    C#
    , or
    VB.NET
    for automation scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Orchestrator / Control Room / Blue Prism Control Center
    .
  • Knowledge of
    SQL
    ,
    API integration (REST/SOAP)
    , and
    workflow optimization
    .
  • Experience with
    document understanding, OCR tools (ABBYY / Tesseract)
    , and
    AI/ML integration
    is a plus.
  • Familiar with
    Agile delivery
    ,
    CI/CD
    , and
    Git-based version control
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • RPA Certifications
    – UiPath Advanced Developer, Automation Anywhere Master, or Blue Prism Developer.
  • Experience with
    enterprise RPA CoE setup
    , governance, and best practices.
  • Exposure to
    healthcare, banking, or insurance
    domain automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
