Shifts available are 9:00-4:00; 11:00-7:00, 2:00-10:00pm, and overnights, weekends are also available

This position is working with youth and adults

We're seeking a compassionate, energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with youth living with Autism and Down Syndrome in a supportive, engaging environment. From 2:30–7:00 PM, you'll help guide daily routines, foster independence, and bring joy to young lives through structured activities, emotional support, and skill-building.

Bonus Opportunity: Make It Full-Time

Want more hours? We've got you covered. You can extend your day by supporting an adult client from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM, helping with daily living skills, community outings, and companionship. It's a beautiful way to round out your day with purpose.

What You'll Do

  • Build trusting relationships with youth and adults with developmental disabilities
  • Support communication, social interaction, and daily living skills
  • Create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment
  • Collaborate with families and team members to meet individual goals
  • Be a source of encouragement, stability, and joy

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, or similar needs (preferred but not required)
  • Patience, empathy, and a sense of humor
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and a clean background check
