Position Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules - Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
  • Negotiate contracts and change orders as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Position Essential Job Functions

  • 3+ years of experience in excavation, utilities, site development, and water/sewer projects
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
