We are looking for an EXPERIENCED, talented Master Press Brake Operator for our second shift, with ability to run any machine in our Fabrication process if needed. Punch, Laser, Brake or drill press. This is a great opportunity to take a lead position with company growth potential.

We are looking for an experienced, master Press Brake Operator for our 2nd Shift, 3:30pm-12:00am. We are growing and need solid leaders as we build our second shift to full production. If this is you, we would love to talk with you

Press Brake Operator Responsibilities:

  • Establish and operate sheet metal equipment under minimal supervision to fabricate as well as form products as per engineering drawings and parameters.
  • Perform loading and unloading of material by changing tools and select required machine programs.
  • Inspect and maintain press braking operative equipment for conformance with safety requirements.
  • Ensure to correct issues related to safety before performing operations.
  • Prioritize production runs to assure customer orders are concluded on time, maximize machine run time plus productivity.
  • Operate fabricator, begin machine, and supervise displays plus machine operation to identify malfunction.
  • Head responsibility to maximize material use by applying nesting techniques and tooling.
  • Ensure optimum machine performance through sharpening of tool as required.
  • Maintain and manage machine as well as tooling cleanliness and in good physical shape.
  • Inspects all manufactured parts following work in process inspection methods and ensure to accomplish engineering specifications.
  • Resolve quality as well as mechanical problems and repair minor issues along with equipment adjustments as required.
  • Perform from blueprints, engineering parameters as well as production schedules.
  • Establish brake press adhering print parameters and work instructions.

Press Brake Operator Requirements:

  • Prefer at least 1-2 years of experience setting up, adjusting, and programming press brake machines
  • Position requires good mathematical ability and the ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Position requires the ability to operate precision measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
  • Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment
