Phoenix Color Job Title: Paper Handler

Lakeside Job Title: Forklift Operator 2

Starting Pay: $18.96 - 19.96/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)

Pay Grade Range: $1896 - 24.50/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)

Additional Incentives:

Hours: 7:00am-7:00pm

Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday

Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr. Hagerstown, MD 21742

As our Paper & Forklift Handler 2, you will:

• Operate standup forklift and pallet trucks with precision to move, locate, relocate, and paper.
• Load and unload materials and products from trucks, rail cars, and other vehicles onto designated racks or storage areas.
• Transport raw materials or finished goods to and from production workstations and storage areas to maintain workflow.
• Ensure all loads are secured properly using techniques like shrink-wrapping to prevent damage or shifting during transport.
• Navigate narrow aisles and tight spaces safely and efficiently within the warehouse or facility.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for 12 hours
• Ability to work in varying conditions
• May be exposed to liquid and chemical vapors or mists

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand written instructions
• Ability to understand how a job rotates throughout plant
• High levels of attention to detail
• Ability to work as a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 6 months - 1 year stand up forklift experience preferred
