As a Client Success Manager, you'll:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for large group clients, building trusted partnerships with HR and leadership teams.
  • Oversee all aspects of benefit administration — from plan setup, renewals, and compliance to data integrity and carrier coordination.
  • Lead open enrollment planning, communication strategy, and platform management (Employee Navigator, Zywave, Client BenAdmin systems).
  • Manage client projects, track service deliverables, and ensure SLAs are consistently met.
  • Guide and mentor client service representatives (CSRs) to ensure exceptional day-to-day support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with producers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline processes and improve client outcomes.
  • Analyze client programs, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven benefit strategy decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, HR consulting, or client services (large-group or enterprise experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits plus working knowledge of ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA.
  • Proficiency in benefits platforms (Employee Navigator, Ease, Zywave), CRM tools, and Excel-based reporting.
  • A natural ability to manage relationships, solve problems, and communicate clearly and professionally.
  • A high level of organization, accountability, and common sense — you can balance multiple clients, projects, and deadlines with ease.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
