Are you ready to build and lead a high-performing Client Success organization? We're looking for a Director of Client Success (PPC) to design, scale, and manage our Client Success / Account Management function at a leading digital advertising agency specializing in SMB PPC campaigns.

This role goes beyond management — you will establish the foundation, processes, and team culture that enable world-class client outcomes across thousands of active PPC accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build & Lead a remote Client Success team managing 80–100 accounts per AM.
  • Design scalable processes, playbooks, and KPIs for onboarding, retention, and growth in a high-volume environment.
  • Drive client retention and expansion: implement churn-prevention frameworks, health scoring models, and upsell programs.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to streamline workflows, summarize account data, develop call guides, and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PPC, product, and leadership teams to ensure client goals are achieved and ROI is maximized.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience building and scaling Client Success or Account Management teams in SaaS, digital marketing, or agency environments.
  • Experience managing SMB client portfolios (80–100 accounts per AM) with PPC budgets ranging from $500–$10K/month.
  • Deep understanding of PPC campaign lifecycle (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing) and translating campaign performance into tangible client value.
  • Practical experience using AI to summarize account data, support client communications, and optimize retention strategies.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to manage in a call-center/BPO-style structure.
  • Data-driven, with expertise in KPI management and operational reporting.
