Inside the Role

This position provides coordination and support to DTNA's Fleet Services Group (FSG) by assisting with activities that strengthen FSG Services adoption across key sales channels. The role contributes to smooth execution of FSG Services processes and supports initiatives that improve lifecycle value, channel performance, and overall program success.

Working closely with the Manager, Channel Sales and other FSG team members, this position helps maintain program materials, analyze channel activity, support internal alignment, and ensure consistent execution across DTNA's dealer, fleet, and partner channels.

Position offers a starting salary range of $78, $100,000.00 USD  

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience​

Channel Coordination & Execution

  • Assist with a wide range of channel responsibilities, including preparing and updating program materials, coordinating internal communications, maintaining accurate data in CRM and reporting tools, supporting follow-up tasks across sales and service teams, and helping ensure timely and consistent execution of channel activities.
  • Support FSG Services initiatives by preparing documentation, communication updates, and channel materials used by internal teams and partners.
  • Assist in distributing information on FSG Services offerings that enhance lifecycle value and drive adoption across channels.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, service, and product teams to ensure alignment on channel activities and timelines.

Channel Operations Support

  • Support day-to-day channel operations by updating program trackers, logging activity, and preparing materials for channel-facing initiatives.
  • Help schedule internal meetings, training sessions, and alignment touchpoints to ensure smooth execution of channel programs.
  • Maintain accurate notes, channel status updates, and documentation within DTNA systems.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Enter, track, and maintain data related to FSG Services activity, including channel performance metrics, activations, and renewal trends.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Tableau, and DTNA business systems.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, participation patterns, and opportunities to improve channel adoption and execution.
  • Help identify discrepancies or gaps in reporting data and escalate them for review.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with Marketing, Warranty, Legal, Product, and Connectivity teams to collect or update materials used in channel programs.
  • Support Finance and Operations with routine tasks tied to FSG Services documentation and reporting.
  • Assist in creating sales materials and presentations, including go-to-market content, channel resource guides, and lifecycle sales tools.

Lifecycle & Channel Growth Support

  • Contribute to activities that integrate FSG Services into key lifecycle milestones across DTNA channels.
  • Support initiatives designed to strengthen channel engagement and increase participation in lifecycle programs and aftermarket offerings.
  • Assist in coordinating internal communications and updates related to channel growth strategies.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), and 2–3 years of experience in channel support, sales support, data analysis, or similar roles.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support insights for channel reporting and internal presentations.
  • Experience with DTNA business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dealer/Fleet systems, reporting platforms) strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI for reporting and visualization.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting fast-moving channel activities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10–15% as needed.
  • An attached résumé is required.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Experience working with sales channels, dealer networks, fleet partners, or commercial vehicle programs.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle sales models or aftermarket program structures.
