Compensation

  • $17/hour and up (with Overtime & Incentive Pay available)

The ideal candidate will fall under one of the following categories

  • Asphalt Laborer
  • Asphalt Operator
  • Screed
  • Paver
  • Shuttle Buggy
  • Milling Machine
  • Asphalt Roller
  • Tack Truck Driver (Please see Redstone's job openings for CDL positions)
  • Water Truck Driver (Please see Redstone's job openings for CDL positions)

All our Asphalt Division positions are safety sensitive.

Position Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours.
  • Ability to kneel for long periods.
  • Knowledge of hand-held and power tools including power vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools.
  • Able to work shifts, at night and on public holidays as required.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test. Pursuant to the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act 593, this position is a designated safety-sensitive position according to Redstone Construction Group standards & processes.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

  • Work environment is consistent of an office and facility with construction equipment inventory and repair/service shop and may also include construction job site.
  • Safety training required; PPE required outside of office/parking lot area.
  • PPE must comply with site specific requirements.
  • Occasional lifting may be required up to 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending and stooping.
