Paving ForemanPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Paving Foreman to oversee and lead our paving crew on various road construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all paving operations are executed according to plans and specifications while maintaining high safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily activities of the paving crew.Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans and specifications.Monitor the performance of equipment and ensure proper maintenance.Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Manage material usage and inventory for paving projects.Collaborate with project managers and other construction teams to ensure project timelines are met.Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are achieved.QualificationsProven experience as a Paving Foreman or similar role in road construction.Strong knowledge of paving operations, asphalt, concrete, and civil construction techniques.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in construction.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management is a plus.Benefits401kHealthcareBonus PoolProfit SharingCompany Vehicle
