Quality Assurance Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and manages the Quality Control Plan (QCP) ensuring compliance with performance standards, SLA metrics, and deliverable acceptance criteria.

• Design QA/QC frameworks for service delivery and documentation reviews.
• Conduct audits and performance sampling against SLAs.
• Produce Quality Performance Reports and Corrective Action Plans.
• Interface with the Program Manager to ensure continuous service improvement. 

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Quality Management, or related field.
• Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CMMI Assessor preferred.
• Experience: 7–10 years in IT service QA/QC roles supporting federal infrastructure programs.
• Clearance: Public Trust.
