Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and manages the Quality Control Plan (QCP) ensuring compliance with performance standards, SLA metrics, and deliverable acceptance criteria.
- Design QA/QC frameworks for service delivery and documentation reviews.
- Conduct audits and performance sampling against SLAs.
- Produce Quality Performance Reports and Corrective Action Plans.
- Interface with the Program Manager to ensure continuous service improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Quality Management, or related field.
- Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CMMI Assessor preferred.
- Experience: 7–10 years in IT service QA/QC roles supporting federal infrastructure programs.
- Clearance: Public Trust.

- Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
